Pitpedia.com Advertising Agreement


 This Advertising Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on __________ by and between Pitpedia.com (“Publisher”) and _______________________________________ (“Advertiser”).


1. Services Provided Publisher agrees to display Advertiser’s advertisements on Pitpedia.com (“Website”) in the specified locations and formats as described in this Agreement.


2. Term of Agreement The term of this Agreement shall commence on ____________ and shall continue until ____________, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.


3. Advertising Details • Ad Location(s): Located at the top of each page on Pitpedia.com • Ad Format: 728×120, clickable with 1 URL target


4. Payment Advertiser agrees to pay Publisher the amount of $________ for the services provided under this Agreement. Payment is due upon signing this Agreement and must be received before the ads are displayed.


5. Termination Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. In the event of termination by Advertiser, Advertiser shall pay for any advertising services rendered up to the date of termination.


6. Responsibilities of Advertiser Advertiser is responsible for providing all necessary advertising materials, including images, text, and other content, in accordance with the specifications provided by Publisher. Advertiser represents and warrants that all advertising materials comply with applicable laws and regulations and do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.


7. Limitation of Liability Publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement, even if Publisher has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon State, USA. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Oregon City, OR, USA].


9. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.


10. Amendments This Agreement may only be amended or modified in writing signed by both parties.
